About this demonstration and its limits

The graph is queried locally from an IndexedDB property-graph store converted from the existing knowledge graph export. Diagram labels are shortened for readability; select a relationship to inspect its complete assertion and source. Patient facts are fixed fictional examples.

The graph gives LLMs structured clinical relationships, applicability context and source evidence to ground their answers, guide reasoning and make unsupported claims easier to detect. These guardrails aim to reduce hallucinations and non-deterministic variation; they do not guarantee correct or identical answers.

Explanations are prewritten, recorded LLM demo scripts (assistant-authored), not live model responses. Answers to history questions are held only in this page's memory and reset on reload. Graph data persists in this browser and may be cleared by the browser. No information is sent to a model or remote service.

The kidney threshold is a scenario-specific reviewed rule linked to its source assertion, not automatic interpretation of arbitrary label prose. Source snapshots are versioned; absence of a graph match never establishes safety. This local prototype has not been approved for public data redistribution.
